1. Return Policy
At Oaniercy, we always put customers first and hope that you can shop with peace of mind. If the product you receive does not match the description, we provide you with a 30-day worry-free return service. The return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery of the product. If the product has been delivered for more than 30 days, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange for you.

The returned product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

2. Return process
Submit an application: Please send an email to Oaniercy's official email address (service@oaniercy.com), attach
product photos, and briefly explain the problems with the product or the reasons why it did not meet expectations.

Review and confirmation: After we receive your return application, we will conduct an internal review and confirmation.

Refund processing: After confirming that the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be returned to your payment account within 3-5 working days.

3. Return shipping fee bearing rules
If the return is due to quality problems of the product itself or does not match the description, we will bear the shipping costs incurred by the return. You can advance the freight and keep valid freight vouchers (such as express delivery bills, payment records, etc.). After completing the return process, we will refund the corresponding freight according to the vouchers.

If you initiate a return for personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong style, etc.), you must bear the return freight.

4. Order cancellation policy
You can contact us to cancel the order within 1 hour after the order is submitted.

If the order is submitted for more than 1 hour, the order will not be cancelled because our team has automatically completed the packaging and delivery of the goods. If you need a refund, you must wait for the goods to be delivered and then follow the return policy process. Sorry, we cannot intercept the parcels that have been sent.

5. Modify the delivery address
Please check the delivery information carefully when placing an order. After the order enters the processing stage, our team will start packing immediately, and we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified in time every time. If the order has been shipped, you need to apply for a refund in accordance with the return policy after receiving the goods. 6. Refusal to accept
If you refuse to accept the goods sent by Oaniercy, you will be responsible for the original shipping fee, the possible import fees of the package, and the shipping fee for returning the goods to the warehouse. These fees will be deducted from your refund amount after the goods are returned and confirmed to be correct.
